Alive Note Manager is a universal electronic notebook allowing you to create any number of notes, tasks, events, comments, etc. in a simple and easy way and to group them conveniently into folders by topics (as in Windows Explorer). It means that notes in Alive Note Manager can contain not only records or comments, but also be a full-featured tool for planning your time. At the same time, various ways of displaying the list of notes in Alive Note Manager and the tree of folders can make it considerably easier to search for a particular note. The Export/Import features automate moving data between various programs, while the Synchronization feature will be, for instance, useful in case you need to synchronize your note book on your laptop and desktop computers.
Alive Note Manager provides you with broad opportunities concerning the configuration of reminders and repetitions. You can configure any note in Alive Note Manager so that a reminder is displayed at a certain moment. Alive Note Manager also allows you to automatically create and view the list of notes for any date. Besides, you can print such a list or save it to a file. By clicking the label of a particular note in the list, you can open it and make the necessary changes.
Notes in Alive Note Manager have a set of fields that characterize each particular note: Title, Priority, Date and Time, Text. The latter can contain any text.
Each note in Alive Note Manager can be either fulfilled or not fulfilled. Using this feature of Alive Note Manager considerably increases the effectiveness of scheduling your activities and tasks.
Alive Note Manager offers widest opportunities for adjustment of the reminder and the recurrence so that neither of the planned activities is delayed or overlooked. Any note in Alive Note Manager can be preset such that the reminder window is displayed at the desired moment.
