Application Description

The command-line tool is a console application for Windows that allows you to convert audio files to WMA, MP3, Wave and AIFF format. Additionally it copies CD audio tracks from an audio CD to hard disk. It supports all the output settings that are supported by the graphical user interface of Audio Converter. Examples of Use
AUDCMD --drive=D --output-fmt=MP3 --bitrate=64kbps --overwrite --tracks=2,3 --use-cddb
This command will copy the CD audio tracks 2 and 3 (--tracks parameter) from the drive set by --drive to hard disk in MP3 format (--output-fmt parameter). The bitrate of the MP3 files will be 64 kBits / second (--bitrate parameter). Before the conversion starts, the CDDB server will be contacted to receive track names (--use-cddb parameter). The default naming scheme is used for output files. Other naming schemes can be set using the --naming-scheme parameter. If output files already exist, they will be overwritten (--overwrite parameter). To copy CD audio tracks to hard disk, you must specify only the drive letter and the output format. All other parameters are optional.

AUDCMD "C:\song1.mp3" "C:\song2.mp3" "--output-fmt=Windows Media"
This command will convert the audio files song1.mp3 and song2.mp3 to Windows Media format. Please note that you have to put all parameters in quotes which contain spaces.
