Application Description

BarBack for Windows is a full-featured bartender's guide containing over 3,000 drink recipes.
Extensive search capabilities including by name, by ingredient, by recipe and by glassware. Includes recommended glassware for every drink. Includes Liquor Cabinet feature where you select the ingredients you have and BarBack gives you the drinks you can make. Also includes the Shopping List feature where you select the drinks and BarBack gives you the items you need and the quantities. Highlights missing ingredients for any drink, addition of drink categories, ingredient categories and drink marking to quickly find the drink you want. BarBack even calculates drink cost and price. The Liquor Cabinet feature can perform "fuzzy" searches and BarBack remembers the drinks found by the Liquor Cabinet so you can view them again. New to version 5.0 is the Advanced Search where you can combine up to five criteria including name, glassware, ingredients, category, marked, price and cost to create extremely powerful searches.

Template based recipe display. Multiple templates are available and you can create your own. BarBack uses HTML to display recipes and the templates can be edited using any standard HTML or text editor.
Custom Colors can be selected for Accent, Highlight, Background and Text colors. There are over 30 color schemes included and custom ones can be created.
