Customize the way of search and recognition of duplicates (by any chosen fields) and save it into the profile that can be processed in one click, available from the Outlook toolbar. Merge and edit selected items (contacts, e-mails, etc.), auto-merge. Manage duplicates (edit, merge, or skip) before final processing. Support of Exchange type folders including Public Folders is enabled. Search contacts duplicates in Distribution Lists. An option to mark the found duplicates with selected category (-ies) with category colors on Outlook 2007. Eleminate duplicates in single click with predefined profiles. Send Profile to Other Users by E-mail. Choose between four optimized duplicate search algorithms that will help you find identical data quickly. Apply Actions to the duplicated items modified in within the chosen timeframe. Use the 'Only duplicates' folder filter.
