Xelerator is an incredible program that can speed up or slow down the speed of selected games and applications. It is one of the best programs for game speed adjustment. It can increase or decrease the speed of almost all the games. It can accelerate or decelerate the speed of a game to the quickest or slowest possible. In addition, Xelerator can also adjust the speed of any programs, such as multimedia playback, flash, web page, etc. In the meantime, it ensures to maintain the smoothness after the speed is changed.
Unlike other speed gear, speed adjustment and speed change programs, Xelerator allows user to select only the programs he wants to adjust the speed and keep the remaining program speed unchanged. The user can also defined any key to be the hotkey to speed up or slow down selected programs.
The ease of use and stability provides the best user experience. It is a useful tool to adjust the speed of programs for various purposes.
How to Use Xelerator
For Xelerator running on Windows 98, Windows 98SE and Windows ME, it is straightforward. You only need to set the slide bar to the speed you want. The speed change applies to all processes. Please note that some of the games prohibit speed change during play. If so, you can set the speed and then play the game.
For Xelerator running on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and later versions, you can set the speed on specified processes and the speed change doesn't affect other processes. This has greatly improved the stability of the program. There are a few ways to specify the processes you want to change the speed,
1. There are processes listed under the table Process without speed change, select the one you want, click Add. It will be added to the table Process with speed change.
2. Click Browser button (the button with ...), select an executable program (*.exe). The selected program will be added to the table Process with speed change and launched.
